4th ELPHA General Assembly 2019

We are pleased to announce that the 4th ELPHA General Assembly 2019 will be held in Catania/Sicily, Italy from June 13th to June 16th, 2019.
The event will take place at Grand Hotel Baia Verde, Acicastello – Catania.

Registration
Before registering carefully read all the information below
REGISTRATION FEES (22% Italian VAT included)
Registration Fee – Participant € 580,00 (vat included)
Registration Fee – Accompanying person € 580,00 (vat included)
The registration fee for participant includes: Participation in the sessions, three dinners (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), on excursion on Saturday afternoon, congress kit, coffee breaks and lunches, online certificate of attendance.
The registration fee for accompanying person includes: n.1 lunch at the Baia Verde Hotel, n.1 lunch during the excursion, three dinners (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and three excursions (Friday morning, Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon)

Confirmation
The participation in the Elpha Meeting will be confirmed only if the registration fee has been paid.
Delegates should register online and pay the registration fee before March 31st, 2019.
Terms of payment
Registration is only valid upon the receipt of the payment
The payment will be in Euro currency: it can be made by credit card online or by bank transfer (see below).

Please note that MV Congressi Spa will not accept bank charges; bank charges are at the sender’s expense.
All unpaid bank charges will be charged upon arrival.
VAT
Registration fees are in Euro; VAT rate calculated on the basis of the current taxation upon payment settlement and is subject to change.

Invoicing
When filling out the registration form we strongly recommed to pay particular attention to the invoicing page. Before registering, carefully checkwho the invoice shall be headed to and make sure you have all relevant information:
- header
- address
- vat code
- fiscal code (for italians only)
- PO number if required
Make sure the invoice details you are going to indicate are the correct ones.
In case of request for data correction and/or invoice re-issuing due to the wrong data submission, the Organising Secretariat will apply a fee of € 20,00 + vat for each new document re-issued, which shall be paid in advance.
Hotel Accommodation
Delegates attending the ELPHA 2019 General Assembly can book their hotel accommodation at Grand Hotel Baia Verde at preferential rates secured and blocked by MV Congressi.

Double for single use room € 124,00 room/night
Double/Twin room € 154,00 room/night
City Tax € 2,00 person/night
- Availability and rates secured for booking until March 31st, 2019
- After March 31st, 2019 the reservation will be subject to the hotel availability
- Alternative accommodation solutions at participants care and charge (please note that no transfer will be provided between accommodation and Grand Hotel Baia Verde)
- Travel and transfers from/to Catania airport at particiopants care and charge
